Sessions
Most burning questions don't resolve with more thinking. They ask to be met differently, with curiosity, with stillness, with a willingness to look at what is actually here rather than what we think should be. At this point we start loving the truth for its own sake, and the freedom obtained by knowing oneself. These sessions are an open-ended exploration. We follow what is alive and present, and explore it with warmth and genuine curiosity.
I work with what is emerging in the moment. That means we don't follow a protocol or move toward a predetermined outcome. Instead we explore the structures, patterns of thought, feeling, sensation, and relating, that quietly shape what we can and cannot experience.Sometimes this exploration reveals that what feels purely personal carries deeper roots: in family lineage, in collective history, in cultural inheritance. Recognising these dimensions doesn't make the work abstract. It often makes it more precise, and opens pathways that individual-level work alone cannot reach.I bring to these sessions fifteen years of personal practice in meditation, bodywork, and contemplative inquiry, alongside extensive professional experience in trauma, psychosocial support, and depth psychology. I am a longtime student of The Diamond Approach and Thomas Hubl, two lineages working at the intersection of psychology, embodied practice, and the nature of experience itself.Sometimes along our explorations we discover more serious entanglements. My extensive background as a mental health consultant means I can recognise when targeted, specific forms of therapy would be meaningful, and refer you to trusted professionals accordingly.
